Online Meet & Greet Disclaimer 

By purchasing and participating in a paid Meet & Greet, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Behaviour Expectations All participants must behave respectfully towards the creative, moderator and other attendees. Harassment, threatening or abusive language, nudity, sexual or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the session without refund. 

Creative Safety & Right of Refusal The comfort and safety of participating creatives is extremely important to us. LoveFest and participating creatives reserve the right to refuse, cancel or end a Meet & Greet where there are concerns about an attendee’s participation or behaviour. If a booking is cancelled in advance for this reason, the affected Meet & Greet ticket will be refunded. 

Timing & Missed Sessions Meet & Greets run to a fixed schedule, so we cannot guarantee additional time beyond your allocated slot. If you are late or miss your session, we cannot guarantee that it can be rescheduled or accommodated elsewhere. 

Non-Transferable Access Meet & Greet access is for the original ticket holder only and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the organisers. 

No Recording or Rebroadcasting Meet & Greets are private, live experiences. Recording, screen recording, photographing, livestreaming or rebroadcasting any part of the session is strictly prohibited unless express permission has been given in advance. 

Privacy and Security Please do not share sensitive personal information during your Meet & Greet. The organisers or moderator may end an interaction if privacy, safeguarding or safety concerns arise. 

Refund Policy All sales are final except where LoveFest cancels a Meet & Greet or specifically confirms that a refund will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, late attendance or removal due to a breach of these terms. 

By completing your purchase and joining the Meet & Greet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
